Chelsea and westham united linked with barcelona starlet,Bojan krick - report

Premier League duo Chelsea and West Ham and thought to be preparing an ambitious swoop for Barcelona striker Bojan Krkic, according to reports from England.

The Daily Mail comments that West Ham are purportedly trailing the 20-year-old striker, who has taken the No.9 jersey at the Camp Nou this season, but has struggled in front of goal and has yet to find the target so far.

The London club are ready to offer him a chance to prove his worth in England, but they face competition from city rivals Chelsea, who are in the hunt for a long-term replacement for ageing strike duo Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

Bojan has been part of the Blaugrana’s first team squad since the age of 17, but has failed to establish himself as a regular, and is often used as a substitute by coach Pep Guardiola.

The tactician, however, is unlikely to want to sell one of the graduates of Barcelona’s La Masia training facility, and it would take a significant offer for the Catalan giants to consider letting the Spain international leave the club.
